1. Question: I'm looking for a promotional product that you don't have on your website, is there any way you can get it for me?
   Answer: If you are looking for something that isn't on our website, please contact us and we will be happy to help you out. Often times we will create a custom item for you!
   
   
2. Question: Can I get quantities greater than the maximum quantities offered on your pricing grids?
   Answer: Yes, all of the items are available in larger quantities. If you need to get a quote on a quantity not listed on the website please contact us.
   
   
3. Question: Can I get a random sample of the items on the website before placing an order?
   Answer: Yes, most items are available for sample review.
   
   
4. Question: Why do more colors cost more?
   Answer: Due to the addition of ink colors, and the extra time it takes to print each color on each product, the price is higher.
   
   
5. Question: How do I send my artwork to you once I place an order?
   Answer: Most PC / MAC files, EPS formats are acceptable.
   
   
6. Question: What will I receive for a proof?
   Answer: You will receive a faxed paper proof. This proof is usually to scale and will give you an accurate representation of your logo's size and position on the product.You must sign and return this proof in order to proceed with your order.
   
   
7. Question: What if I don't like the proof?
   Answer: If you are unhappy with the faxed paper proof we send you, please let us know. We will re-do the proof to your satisfaction.
   
   
8. Question: When will I know the delivery date for my order?
   Answer: Within 48 hours (2 regular business days) you will receive an email informing you of your ship date and estimated delivery date.
   
   
9. Question: What is F.O.B.?
   Answer: Freight On Board is the city/state that the products are shipped from.
   
   
10. Question: Is it possible to drop ship my order?
    Answer: Yes, we will ship anywhere.
